Alabama Regulations § 820-2-7-.11 Confirmation Of Receipt By The Office Of The Secretary Of State Of Alabama
Regulation Text
The submission of notice shall not be complete until the governmental body that submits the notice receives a confirmation of receipt from the Office of the Secretary of State by electronic mail. Upon the issuance of the confirmation of receipt, the Secretary of State shall post the notice on the Internet website for the Office of the Secretary of State.
