Alabama Statutes § 17-14-35 Tie vote
Statute Text
If, at the time of making the certification under Section
17-14-34
, it is found that an election of the number of electors to which the state is entitled is not made by reason of two or more candidates having received an equal number of votes, the Governor must forthwith decide between those having an equal number of votes.
