Alabama Statutes § 17-17-15 Signing name of other person on poll list
Statute Text
Any person who willfully and intentionally signs on the poll list the name of any person other than himself or herself, including any signing by mark, in violation of Section
17-9-11
, shall be guilty, upon conviction, of a Class C felony.
