Alabama Statutes § 17-17-6 Penalty for failure to purge disqualified electors
Statute Text
Any member of the board of registrars who neglects or willfully refuses to perform the duties imposed by Section
17-4-3
shall be guilty, upon conviction, of a Class B misdemeanor.
