Alaska Regulations § 2 AAC 50.302 Candidate subcommittee

A candidate's campaign committee, or a controlled group as provided in
2 AAC 50.290
(c)
, may create a subcommittee. A subcommittee is not a separate group and may not maintain separate bank accounts and records or file separate reports. The name of a subcommittee must include the name of the candidate or controlled group. The name of the subcommittee may not be used when identifying political advertising as required under
AS
15.13.090
and
2 AAC 50.306
