Alaska Regulations § 6 AAC 25.210 Removal of name from primary and general ballot

Regulation Text

(a) A candidate's name will appear on the primary election ballot unless written notice of the candidate's withdrawal from the primary election or notice of the candidate's death or incapacity is received by the director not later than close of business on the 52nd day before the date of the primary election.
(b) The name of a candidate who has won a position on the general election ballot, will appear on the general election ballot unless written notice of the candidate's withdrawal from the general election or notice of the candidate's death or incapacity is received by the director not later than close of business on the 64th day before the date of the general election.
