Alaska Regulations § 6 AAC 25.643 Counting of district questioned ballots

Up to Article 3: Absentee Questioned, and Special Needs Voting

Regulation Text

The counting of questioned ballots for a district shall begin when the questioned ballots for the entire district have all been reviewed by the district questioned ballot counting board. If the ballots for the entire district have not all been reviewed by the third day following the election, the ballot counting for that district may not begin until the sixth day following the election.
