Alaska Regulations § 6 AAC 25.684 Absentee by-mail ballot mailing address

Regulation Text

A voter requesting an absentee by-mail ballot under AS 15.20.081 (a) shall provide a mailing address that the absentee ballot is to be returned. If a specific mailing address for the ballot is not indicated on the voter's application, the director will mail the ballot to the voter's permanent mailing address indicated on the voter's application. If the person's permanent mailing address is not indicated on the application, the director will mail the ballot to the voter's residence address on file with the division.
