Alaska Statutes § 15.13.067 Who may make expenditures
Statute Text
Only the following may make an expenditure that is not an independent expenditure in an election for candidates for elective office:
(1)
the candidate;
(2)
an individual;
(3)
a group that has registered under
AS
15.13.050
; and
(4)
a nongroup entity that has registered under
AS
15.13.050
.
