(a)
[Repealed, Sec. 19 ch 36 SLA 2010].
(b)
An independent expenditure for or against a ballot proposition or question
(1)
shall be reported in accordance with
AS
15.13.040
and
15.13.100
-
15.13.110
and other requirements of this chapter; and
(2)
may not be made if the expenditure is prohibited by
AS
15.13.145
.
