Alaska Statutes § 15.45.575 Qualifications of circulator
Statute Text
To circulate a petition booklet, a person shall be
(1)
a citizen of the United States;
(2)
18 years of age or older; and
(3)
a resident of the state as determined under
AS
15.05.020
