Arizona Statutes § 16-562 Preparation and arrangement of polling place with voting booths and ballot boxes
Statute Text
A.
The arrangement of the polling place shall be such that neither the ballot boxes nor the voting booths are hidden from the view of persons immediately outside the voting area.
B.
No person other than the election officers, voters, party representatives and challengers shall be permitted within six feet of the ballot boxes or voting booths except by authority of the election officers for the purpose of keeping order and enforcing the law.
