Arkansas Statutes § 7-3-103 State committee members
Statute Text
(a)
The members of the state committee of political parties in this state shall be elected in accordance with respective political party rules.
(b)
The term of office of the members of a state committee shall begin from their election, and they shall hold office until their successors are elected and qualified as provided under respective political party rules.
