Arkansas Statutes § 7-5-524 Voter access to machines - Persons in line at closing time
Statute Text
(a)
During the time that the polls are open for voting, no more voters shall be permitted to approach the voting machine than there are vacant machines available for voting.
(b)
At the time of the closing of the polls, all persons who have presented themselves for voting and who are then in line at the polling place shall be permitted to cast their votes as now provided by law. Every person in line shall have the opportunity to vote.
