Arkansas Statutes § 7-5-902 Uncounted votes
Statute Text
(a)
If for any reason a vote, including an absentee vote and a provisional vote, is not counted under this chapter, the county board of election commissioners shall promptly notify the person who cast the vote.
(b)
Notification under subsection (a) of this section shall be written notification and shall state the reason or reasons the vote was not counted.
