Arkansas Statutes § 7-9-202 Enrollment and filing
Statute Text
When any joint resolution proposing an amendment to the Arkansas Constitution shall have passed each house as prescribed in §
7-9-201
, it shall be enrolled and signed by the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives and filed in the office of the Secretary of State.
