Any member of the Commission or any interested person may request a review of an opinion request denied by the Executive Director at the next meeting of the Commission following issuance of the denial. If a majority of the Commission approves the granting of an opinion request, the denial shall be rescinded, the person submitting the opinion request shall be notified in writing, and the opinion shall be issued as provided in 2 Cal. Code Regs. sections
