California Regulations § 20022 Affidavit of Registration

To conditionally register to vote, CVR voters shall use the same affidavit of registration as other voters -- either a paper form or through the internet website of the Secretary of State.

1. New section filed 3-8-2018; operative 3-8-2018 pursuant to Government Code section 11343.4 (b)(3) (Register 2018, No. 10). 2. A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 10-24-2022 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day. 3. A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 1-23-2023 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day. 4. Certificate of Compliance as to 10-24-2022 order transmitted to OAL 1-20-2023 and filed 3-1-2023 (Register 2023, No. 9).
