California Regulations § 20075 State Registrar of Vital Statistics to Notify County Elections Official of Deaths of Voting Age Persons that Occur Outside of the County of Residence

At the time that the State Registrar of Vital Statistics sends notification pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section
102245
to the local registrar of births and deaths of the deaths of all residents of the county whose deaths occurred outside the county, he or she shall send a copy of the notification to the county elections official.
