Regulation Text
The elections official shall use an RLA software tool provided by the Secretary of State to perform one of the following:
(a)
A ballot-level comparison audit, with a five percent risk limit.
(b)
A ballot polling audit, with a five percent risk limit.
(c)
A batch comparison audit, with a five percent risk limit.
(d)
A hybrid audit, with a five percent risk limit.
