California Regulations § 20161 Notification
Regulation Text
County officials and electronic poll book vendors shall notify the Secretary of State within 24 hours upon discovery of any of the following:
(a)
A breach in the security or information relating to electronic poll books.
(b)
An attempted breach in the security or information relating to electronic poll books.
(c)
A defect in any of the electronic poll books.
(d)
A failure in any of the electronic poll books.
(e)
A fault in any of the electronic poll books.
