California Regulations § 20220 Ballot Printer Certification Required
Regulation Text
As either a principal or subcontractor, no ballot printer shall manufacture or finish ballot cards or unfinished ballot cards for use in California elections, and no ballot printer shall accept or solicit orders for ballot cards or unfinished ballot cards prior to certification as a ballot printer by the Secretary of State.
