California Regulations § 20225 Inspections of Ballot Printer Facilities Prior to Certification

Prior to certifying a ballot printer, or to certifying a change in equipment or procedures for ballot printing, the Secretary of State may make inspections, with or without prior notice, of such facilities, records, equipment, and process of such ballot printer as the Secretary of State deems necessary.
