California Regulations § 20265 Certifying a Ballot on Demand System

Regulation Text

(a) The Secretary of State will certify in writing any ballot on demand system that the Secretary of State determines to be capable of manufacturing or finishing ballot cards pursuant to California Elections Code, these regulations, and the ballot printing specifications certified with each respective voting system.
(b) The Secretary of State may impose security measures for the ballot on demand system if the system is to be connected to a network in order to ensure system integrity.
