California Regulations § 20270 Jurisdiction Request for Approval for Use
Regulation Text
A jurisdiction shall not use a ballot on demand system to manufacture or finish ballot cards for use in California elections unless the ballot on demand system has been certified pursuant to section
20260
of these regulations and the jurisdiction has been approved by the Secretary of State, as described herein.
