California Regulations § 60820 Paid Congressional, Legislative, or Board of Equalization Staff
Regulation Text
"Paid congressional, legislative, or Board of Equalization staff" means any person who is either of the following:
(a)
Employed by and receiving compensation from the Congress of the United States to provide services to a member of Congress elected from California.
(b)
Employed by and receiving compensation from the Legislature or the State Board of Equalization.
