California Statutes § 10416 Acts of governing body when elections are consolidated
Statute Text
Except as otherwise provided in this part, when elections are consolidated, the governing body ordering consolidation may, in the territory affected thereby, provide for:
(a)
The appointment of precinct boards.
(b)
The formation of precincts for such elections.
(c)
The expenses of the election.
