Statute Text

The county elections official shall report to the district attorney of the county, under oath, the name of any individuals or organizations that have submitted plans for distribution who have not complied with this article.

History

Amended by Stats 2015 ch 728 ( AB 1020 ) , s 25 , eff. 1/1/2016 if the Secretary of State certifies that the state has a statewide voter registration database that complies with the requirements of the federal Help America Vote Act of 2002 ( 52 U.S.C. Sec. 20901 et seq.) . Certification issued 9/26/2016.
