California Statutes § 303.4 "Ballot on demand system" defined
Statute Text
"Ballot on demand system" means a self-contained system that allows users to do both of the following on an as-needed basis:
(a)
Manufacture and finish card stock.
(b)
Finish unfinished ballot cards into ballot cards.
