California Statutes § 337 "Partisan office" or "party-nominated office" defined
Statute Text
" Partisan office" or "party-nominated office" means any of the following offices:
(a)
President of the United States, Vice President of the United States, and the delegates therefor.
(b)
Elected member of a party committee.
