California Statutes § 6766 Disqualification

⤴ Up to Article 4: Qualification Of Group Of Candidates For National Convention Delegate Portion Of Primary Ballot

Statute Text

Any candidate for delegate whose nomination paper is filed in more than one group is disqualified from running as a member of any group.
