Colorado Statutes § 1-13-209 High school deputy registrar - influencing party affiliation

Statute Text

Any high school deputy registrar for voter registration purposes who influences or attempts to influence any person during the registration process to affiliate with a political party or to affiliate with a specific political party upon conviction shall be punished as provided in section 1-13-111 .

Editor's Note

Section 803(2) of chapter 462 (SB 21-271), Session Laws of Colorado 2021, provides that the act changing this section applies to offenses committed on or after March 1, 2022.
