Colorado Statutes § 1-13-302 Fraudulent voting in precinct caucus, assembly, or convention
Statute Text
Any person who fraudulently participates and votes in a precinct caucus, assembly, or convention when he or she is not a member of the political party holding the precinct caucus, assembly, or convention, as shown in the statewide voter registration system upon conviction shall be punished as provided in section
1-13-111
.

(1) This section is similar to former § 1-13-119 as it existed prior to 1980.
(2) Section 803(2) of chapter 462 (SB 21-271), Session Laws of Colorado 2021, provides that the act changing this section applies to offenses committed on or after March 1, 2022.
