Colorado Statutes § 1-13.5-618 Covered voters to receive mail ballots
Statute Text
Notwithstanding any provision of this article 13.5 to the contrary, the designated election official of a local government shall mail a ballot to every eligible elector of the local government who is a covered voter, as that term is defined in section
1-8.3-102
, for any election conducted under this article 13.5.
