Colorado Statutes § 1-4-806 Preregistrants eligible to sign petitions

A preregistrant who is eligible to vote in a primary election under section
1-2-101
(2)(c)
is eligible to sign a petition under this part 8 to nominate a candidate for the primary election or for the next general election.

Section 52(2) of chapter 326 (HB 19-1278), Session Laws of Colorado 2019, provides that the act changing this section applies to elections conducted on or after August 2, 2019.
