Statute Text
(1)
The petition for a candidate may consist of one or more sheets, to be fastened together in the form of one petition section, but each sheet shall contain the same heading and each petition section shall contain one sworn affidavit of the circulator. Except for the joint candidates for president and vice president and the joint candidates for governor and lieutenant governor, no petition shall contain the name of more than one person for the same office.
