Colorado Statutes § 1-4-906 Candidate's acceptance
Statute Text
Every nominating petition before it is filed shall have attached to it a notarized acceptance of the nomination of the candidate or notarized acceptances by both of the joint candidates. Each acceptance of nomination shall contain the full name of the candidate or joint candidate as the name will appear on the ballot and the candidate's full address.
