Colorado Statutes § 1-5-908 State assistance to counties for implementation costs
Statute Text
Subject to available resources, the state shall endeavor to provide financial assistance to counties that are subject to the requirements of this part 9 to offset the costs incurred by the counties in complying with this part 9.
