Colorado Statutes § 1-7.5-109 Write-in candidates
Statute Text
A write-in candidate is allowed in mail ballot elections if the candidate has filed an affidavit of intent with the designated election official pursuant to section
1-4-1101
. Ballots for write-in candidates are counted pursuant to section
1-7.5-206
.
