Connecticut Regulations § 9-241-25 Software standards. Configuration management
Regulation Text
All changes to the baseline software submitted for evaluation shall be subject to testing at the discretion of the secretary of the state. The manufacturer shall maintain the following technical documentation for the voting system software:
(1)
system overview,
(2)
program descriptions,
(3)
standards and conventions,
(4)
operating environment,
(5)
functional specifications,
(6)
program specifications and
(7)
testing specifications.
