Unless otherwise provided by the Commission or the presiding officer, Section
9-7b-25
of the regulations of Connecticut state agencies sets forth the procedure to be followed by any individual asserting a complaint, or the secretary of the state or any town clerk submitting a statement under Sections
9-7b
or 9-333y of the General Statutes.
