Connecticut Regulations § 9-7b-42 Uncontested disposition of complaint or statement

Unless precluded by law, a complaint or statement filed pursuant to Section
9-7b
of the General Statutes and Section
9-7b-25
of the regulations of Connecticut state agencies may be resolved by stipulation, agreed settlement, consent order, dismissal, administrative withdrawal without hearing or default. Upon such disposition a copy of the Commission action shall be sent to each party or intervenor and any attorney of record who has filed an appearance with the Commission.
