Connecticut Regulations § 9-7b-51 Imposition of civil penalty or forfeiture not a bar to exercise of commission's other powers and duties

Unless the written stipulation, agreed settlement, order or decision expressly states otherwise, the imposition of a civil penalty or requirement of forfeiture by the Commission against a person shall not preclude the Commission from exercising its other powers and duties prescribed in Sections
9-7b
, 9-333y or
9-369b
of the General Statutes.
