Connecticut Regulations § 9-7b-85 Review of complaint

(a)
The executive director and general counsel of the Commission or his or her designee shall review each complaint filed pursuant to section
9-7b-82
of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies to determine whether the complaint:
(1)
Alleges facts, which if proven true, would constitute a violation of
42 USC
15481
to
15502
, inclusive; and
(2)
Complies with the requirements of section
9-7b-83
of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies.
(b)
If the complaint fails to allege facts, which if proven true, would constitute a violation of
42 USC
15481
to
15502
, inclusive, or does not comply with section
9-7b-83
of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies, the complaint will be dismissed without further action and notice of the dismissal as well as the reason therefore will be provided to the complainant, and any respondent identified by the complainant. Such determination shall also be available to the public, pursuant to
42 USC
15512
.
