A complainant whose complaint has been dismissed for failure to allege a violation of

, inclusive, or which does not comply with section
9-7b-83
of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies, may re-file a single time within the time period set forth in section
9-7b-83
of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies.
