Connecticut Regulations § 9-7b-89 Time for hearing request

A complainant shall request a hearing with respect to a complaint filed pursuant to section
9-7b-82
of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies not later than 30 days after the date that the complaint is filed with the Commission. A complainant may withdraw his or her complaint and/or request for a hearing in writing at any time prior to the taking of evidence at the hearing, and the Commission shall send written notice of such withdrawal to any respondent.
