Connecticut Regulations § 9-7b-90 Time for hearing and final determination

A hearing requested by the complainant with respect to a complaint filed pursuant to section
9-7b-82
of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies shall be held not later than 60 days after the date that the complaint is filed with the Commission, unless the complaint is dismissed pursuant to section
9-7b-85
of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies. The Commission shall make a final determination with respect to the complaint not later than 90 days after the complaint is filed with the Commission, unless the complainant waives the 90 day time period or consents to a longer period for making such a determination. Any such waiver of the 90 day time period for making a determination shall be in writing and signed by the complainant.
