Connecticut Regulations § 9-7b-91 Notice of hearings
Regulation Text
Except when the Commission or the hearing officer shall otherwise direct, the Commission shall give at least seven calendar days written notice of a hearing conducted pursuant to the federal Help America Vote Act in any pending matter to all parties, to the complainant, respondent and all persons who have been previously permitted to participate as intervenors and to all persons otherwise required by statute to be notified. The notice of hearing shall otherwise comport with the requirements of section
9-7b-37
of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies.
