Connecticut Statutes § 9-370 Submission of local questions at elections
Statute Text
Any provision of any special act to the contrary notwithstanding, no local question approved for submission to the electors of a municipality within the period of sixty days prior to an election as defined in section
9-1
may be voted upon at such election unless otherwise specifically provided by the general statutes.
