Connecticut Statutes § 9-64a Removal, restoration or transfer of enrollment list names
Statute Text
Notwithstanding the provisions of any other section of this chapter, the registrars of voters in any town or district shall remove the name of any elector from the enrollment list at the same time that such name is removed from the registry list, but, if such name is restored, added or transferred on the registry list under section
9-35
or section
9-42
, it shall be simultaneously restored, added or transferred on the enrollment list.
